Zertifizierung von Keilwinkel und Brechungsindex ne @ High Precision

HOFBAUER OPTIK Mess- & Prüftechnik bietet jetzt die Zertifizierung / Messung von planparallelen Substraten und Keilen an und kann den Keilwinkel und den Brechungsindex mit sehr hoher Genauigkeit bestimmen. Erste Kalibrierservices an Referenzkeilen nach GUM und ISO 26017 wurden bereits für Kunden durchgeführt. Die zertifizierten Referenzkeile werden zur internen Kalibrierprüfung von Autokollimationsfernrohren in der Serienprüfung verwendet. Die erreichbare Messgenauigkeit für den Keil beträgt derzeit +/- 0,22 wsec, die Unsicherheit des Brechungsindex beträgt bis zu dn = 0,00035. Die erreichbare Messgenauigkeit hängt von der Qualität des Prüflings (Oberflächenqualität und Homogenität) und der Größe des Winkels ab.
