"Kompetenz und Reflexion" lautet der Titel des im September erschienen Fachbuches von Dr. Hermann Finkenzeller und Sabine Riemer, Koordinierungsstelle für Weiterbildung an der Hochschule Bremen. Auf 184 Seiten diskutieren sie die unterschiedlichen Perspektiven des Kompetenzbegriffs und entwickeln ein Beurteilungsraster für die Bewertung von Kompetenzen, gleich ob sie in institutionellen Zusammenhängen oder der Lebenspraxis erworben sind. Dabei werden mehrere Dimensionen berücksichtigt und verschiedene Stufen der Professionalität. Das Buch eignet sich für Lehrende und Lernende gleichermaßen zur Bewertung der Kompetenz, zum Beispiel für die Entwicklung von Curricula, der Planung von Unterricht oder beim Schreiben reflektierter Reports oder Portfolios.
