Sichere Carrier-Übergabe im OHT

In automatisierten Fabs ist die FOUP-Übergabe zwischen Loadport und Overhead-Transportsystem (OHT) kritisch. Instabile Identifikation im Carrier Handoff kann zu Stillständen oder Fehlbuchungen führen. 

Das HERMOS LFM-RFID-Lesegerät E84 wurde genau dafür entwickelt. Es integriert Loadports vollständig in OHT- und AMHS-Systeme - inklusive Enhanced Carrier Handoff nach SEMI E84.

Vier E84-Schnittstellen ermöglichen die direkte Kommunikation mit dem Transportsystem. Zusätzlich stehen vier RFID-Antennenports mit Sensoren und LEDs zur Verfügung. Barcode-Reader und E-Ink-Displays können je Port angebunden werden. 

Die automatische Antennenabstimmung sorgt für stabile Performance bei 134,2 kHz (ISO 18000-2 / TIRIS) - auch im metallischen Umfeld.

Ethernet und USB ermöglichen einfache Integration.

Protokolle: ASCII, HSMS. Kompaktes Aluminiumgehäuse (IP40), 0-50°C, 20-28 V, CE-, RoHS- und REACH-konform.
