Effiziente XRF-Analyse zur Bestimmung der Metallkonzentration in galvanischen Bädern

Für die automatische Überwachung der Metallkonzentration in galvanischen Bädern kommt das effiziente Inline-System FISCHERSCOPE® XAN® LIQUID ANALYZER zum Einsatz. Basierend auf der Röntgenfluoreszenzmethode (XRF) überwacht es kontinuierlich bis zu vier Bäder und gewährleistet so präzise Messergebnisse rund um die Uhr.

Als weitere Lösung überzeugt das FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY XDL® durch seine Messung von oben nach unten. Damit ist es besonders prädestiniert für die Kontrolle galvanisierter Massenteile sowie für die Badanalyse. Ausgestattet mit einer Standard-Röntgenröhre und einem Proportionalzählrohr.
Der Detektor ermöglicht kurze Messzeiten bei gleichzeitig hoher Präzision. Dank stufenlos einstellbarem Messabstand lassen sich auch größere oder unebene Proben zuverlässig messen. Die robuste Bauweise und die einfache Inbetriebnahme machen das FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY XDL® zu einer langlebigen und vielseitigen Lösung für den industriellen Einsatz.
