Gefahrgutbeauftragte für Schiene, Straße und Gefahrgutklasse 7

Die Beförderung von Gefahrgütern über Schiene und Straße stellt Unternehmen in die Pflicht, mindestens einen Gefahrgutbeauftragten schriftlich zu bestellen. Als Gefahrgutbeauftragter darf nur tätig werden, wer Inhaber eines für den entsprechenden Verkehrsträger gültigen Schulungsnachweises ist. Dieser wird nach Absolvierung eines anerkannten Grundlehrganges und bestandener Prüfung bei der IHK ausgestellt.

Dieser Schulungsnachweis gilt 5 Jahre und kann durch das Bestehen einer Prüfung im letzten Jahr vor Ablauf verlängert werden.

Bei der Beförderung radioaktiver Stoffe werden weitere Sicherheits- und Sicherungsanforderungen gestellt. Alle Beteiligten, insbesondere die verantwortlichen, ausführenden und überwachenden Personen müssen einen hohen Ausbildungs- und Qualifizierungsstandard erwerben, regelmäßig erhalten und nachweisen können. Dies betrifft nicht nur die Kenntnis und rechtssichere Umsetzung der komplexen und mitunter kurzlebigen gefahrgutrechtlichen Vorschriften, sondern auch die Beherrschung der dazu erforderlichen atom- und strahlenschutzrechtlichen Materie.
