Bedeutung von Projektverträgen im Milliardenmarkt Offshore-Windenergie

Ziel der Bundesregierung ist es, die offshore installierte Windenergieleistung bis zum Jahr 2030 auf 25 Gigawatt auszubauen. Hohe Vollaststunden und gute Windverhältnisse sprechen dafür. Die hohen Kosten bei der Errichtung und dem Betrieb stehen dem entgegen. In einem Markt, der nach Einschätzung von Experten alleine in Europa bis zum Jahr 2020 Investitionen in Höhe von rund 100 Milliarden Euro auslösen wird, steht neben den technischen Herausforderungen auch die Klärung rechtlicher Fragen im Vordergrund. Im Rahmen des HDT-Seminars "Projektverträge im Offshore-Windbereich" am 18. Januar 2012 wird der Schwerpunkt auf den werkvertraglichen Projektverträgen und deren Einordnung bzw. Abgrenzung im rechtlichen System gelegt.

Insbesondere das Management der Vorbereitung und Verhandlung eines umfangreichen Projektes aus der rechtlichen Sicht spielt eine erhebliche Rolle. Dort werden die wesentlichen Weichen bereits vor Beginn der eigentlichen Vertragsverhandlungen gestellt. "Frühe Fehler" sind während der Vertragsverhandlungen nicht oder kaum noch aufzuholen. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Geschäftsführer, Abteilungsleiter, Projektleiter, sonstige Fach- und Führungskräfte aller Branchen und Industriesparten, die im Offshore-Bereich tätig sind.
