HARTING pneumatic crimping tool paving the way to high volume contact crimping

At this year’s HANNOVER MESSE 2025, HARTING is rolling out an all-new pneumatic crimping tool – part no. 09 99 000 1010 – which impresses with its exceptional performance and user-friendliness. The tool processes turned contacts from the Han® C, Han D® and Han E® series with conductor cross-sections from 0.14 to 10 mm². Thanks to its ability to process such a wide cross-sectional area, the tool is setting new industry standards.

The pneumatic crimping tool represents the perfect introduction to force-assisted production of crimp connections in the manufacturing environment. Given its high quality, robustness and cost-efficiency, the tool is particularly suitable for processing quantities of 10 - 50,000 crimping operations per year.
