„Diese Entscheidung haben wir schweren Herzens getroffen. Die physische Teilnahme an der SPS ist angesichts der dramatischen Steigerung der Corona-Infektionszahlen vor allem in Bayern und in den angrenzenden Ländern nicht zu verantworten“, erklärte heute Philip Harting, CEO der HARTING Technologiegruppe. „Das Wohl unserer Mitarbeitenden und das Wohl unserer Kunden ist das Wichtigste.“

Das Robert-Koch-Institut hatte gemeinsam mit vielen Medizinern von Großveranstaltungen abgeraten, die Bayerische Staatsregierung rief bereits in der vergangenen Woche den Katastrophenfall aus.

„Wir bedauern die Absage sehr und hoffen im kommenden Jahr wieder ins Messegeschehen eingreifen zu können“, so Philip Harting.
