In vielen Projekten werden Bankverbindungen erfragt, z.B. beim Los- oder Abonommentverkauf. Falsch erfaßte Bankverbindungen verursachen durch Rücklastschriftgebühren hohe Kosten. Das nachträgliche Evaluieren der korrekten Bankverbindung kostet Zeit und Geld.

Deswegen prüft das neue Modul "Konto-Nr.-Prüfung" die eingegebene Bankverbindung direkt bei der Erfassung während des Gesprächs. Ist die Konto-Nr. in Verbindung mit der angegebenen BLZ gültig, wird automatisch der Bankname und Ort ergänzt. Andernfalls erhält der Agent eine Warnung und kann im laufenden Gespräch die Bankverbindung mit dem Gesprächspartner direkt abgleichen. Ein zweiter Anruf und Rücklastschriften werden so vermieden.
