Group Technologies AG firmiert jetzt unter GROUP Business Software AG

Die durch die Hauptversammlung im Juni beschlossene Umfirmierung der Gesellschaft in GROUP Business Software AG wurde im Handelsregister eingetragen. Damit firmiert die Gesellschaft ab sofort als GROUP Business Software AG.

Die Namensänderung ermöglicht der Gesellschaft stärker als Softwareanbieter für Geschäftslösungen wie E-Mail, CRM und Mobility wahrgenommen zu werden.

Der GROUP-Konzern ist führender Anbieter für "Collaborative Business Solutions" (Collaboration = Zusammenarbeit). "Collaborative Business Solutions" unterstützen Anwender, die in eine gemeinsame Aufgabe involviert sind, dabei ihre Ziele zu erreichen.
