Der Aufsichtsrat der GROUP Business Software AG hat heute dem Erwerb der Lotus 911, Inc. mit Rückwirkung zum 1. Oktober 2009 zugestimmt (vgl. ad-hoc Mitteilung vom 16.09.2009). Das Management der GROUP Business Software AG geht davon aus, dass die Integration zum Jahresende abgeschlossen ist.
