Ankommen, durchatmen, loslassen – so stellen sich Ferienhausbesitzer ihre Ankunft in der eigenen Immobilie vor. Ein angenehmes Wohlfühlklima ist leider nicht immer selbstverständlich. Besonders in zeitweise genutzten Objekten kommt es häufig zu Problemen mit zu hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, muffigen Gerüchen und im schlimmsten Fall sogar zu Schimmelbildung.

Mit diesen Problemen wurde die Firma von Andreas Witzel auf Mallorca regelmäßig von Ferienhauskunden konfrontiert. Bei der Suche nach Lösungen ist Andreas Witzel auf die Solare Lüftung mit Luftkollektoren gestoßen. Seit 2014 ist die Firma von Andreas Witzel Partnerbetrieb von GRAMMER Solar auf Mallorca.

"Im Jahr 2014 habe ich die erste TWINSOLAR Luftkollektoranlage durch Andreas Witzel (Foto links) installieren lassen – zur Probe. Sehr schnell war klar, dass dies für unser Problem die Lösung ist. Demnach haben wir in den Folgejahren eine weitere Anlage auf unser Hausdach bauen lassen. Das Ergebnis: keinerlei Feuchtigkeit mehr im Haus! Durch den permanenten Luftaustausch hat das Haus selbst auch einen angenehmen Geruch", berichtet der Hauseigentümer Ralf Dreckmann.
