GISA ist erneut erfolgreich als SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner zertifiziert worden. Das Zertifikat garantiert Kunden des IT-Dienstleisters einen verlässlichen Partner sowohl im Hinblick auf Einrichtung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT-Infrastruktur als auch bei der Betreuung ihrer SAP-Anwendungen.

Das Rezertifizierungsaudit, das GISA aller zwei Jahre durchläuft, absolvierte das Unternehmen wiederholt mit höchster Qualität.

Geprüft wurde in folgenden Kategorien:
  • SAP® Certified in Hosting Operations
  • SAP® Certified in Cloud and Infrastructure Operations
  • SAP® Certified in SAP HANA Operations
  • SAP® Certified in SAP Business Suite Solutions Operations
  • SAP® Certified in SAP S/4HANA Solutions Operations
  • SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Operations
Im Vorfeld der Prüfung mussten durch GISA umfangreiche Checklisten bereitgestellt werden. Im Audit gaben Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des IT-Dienstleisters Einblicke in Themen wie Security Management, SAP S/4HANA- und Cloud Transformation sowie SAP Hosting Service Management, aber auch zu Aktivitäten in den Bereichen S/4 Utilities und HCM. Ebenfalls im Audit vorgestellt wurde der GISA S/4 Master für Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen.
