With the beginning of September 2025, SKZ – German Plastics Center will enter the Turkish plastics market together with its new sales partner Polmak Plastik. Polmak has been an integral part of the plastics market in Turkey for a long time in the areas of plastics processing machinery and already represents various players in the industry on the market.
"With Polmak, SKZ now has a partner in the Turkish market who knows the needs of potential customers, has strong ties to the plastics industry, and will actively raise the profile of SKZ in Turkey in cooperation with the headquarter in Würzburg," says Matthias Ruff, head of Sales Education & Research at SKZ.
Selected SKZ training courses available
The new SKZ sales agency will distribute selected SKZ training courses for example in the fields of Extrusion technology and injection molding. The trainings are available as classroom training in Germany or on-site training in Turkey at the customers shop floor. The live online courses will be held from the SKZ online studio and there are also web-based trainings in the portfolio. In the area of training, SKZ is a knowledge provider from the shop floor to C-level. The institutes research and development services also extend to the Turkish plastics market.
