SONY PSP® x FON Kooperation startet heute in Japan

FON Japan und Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (nachfolgend SCEJ genannt) starten heute eine Kooperation und bieten einen neuen Service:Sony PSP® „Play Station Portable“ × FON (PSP®×FON). Alle PSP® User in Japan haben nun die Möglichkeit, an allen FON WLAN Hotspots auf die offizielle PSP® Internet Seite zugreifen zu können.

Dank des neuen PSP®×FON Services können PSP Besitzer jetzt ganz einfach Online-Videos, Hintergrundbilder und eine Vielzahl von PSP Themes sowie auch Videos für Playstation® 3 ansehen und herunterladen. Dabei können sie auf über 44.000 FON Spots in ganz Japan und auf 2.200 FON Hotspots des Partners livedoor zugreifen.

Zusätzlich können PSP User mit dem Start dieses Services verschiedene Themes zum bald erscheinenden Software-Game “Dissidia Final Fantasy” (erhältlich ab Dezember 2008) an allen FON Spots herunterladen.

Weitere Details rund um den neuen Service stehen auf der japanischen FON Website (http://www.fon.ne.jp) und im Bereich “Playstation® Spot” der offiziellen SCEJ Website (http://www.jp.playstation.com/...).

Pünktlich zum Start des neuen PSP®×FON Services, beginnt FON mit dem Verkauf der FON WLAN Router “La Fonera” und “La Fonera+” in PC Hardware und Games Abteilungen großer japanischer Kaufhäuser inkl. BIC Camera und Yodobashi Camera.
