Flottweg SE from Vilsbiburg has received the TOP 100 award and is therefore one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. The independent competition, which is already entering its 29th year, honors the outstanding achievements of medium-sized companies that have demonstrated above-average success through innovation. The seal is awarded for the overall performance of the company in the context of innovative processes and their inherent potential.
The core of the TOP 100 innovation competition is a time-tested selection process that puts participants to the test using scientific method. The companies were evaluated by organizer Compamedia on the basis of more than 100 innovation indicators from five categories: innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success.
