Leistungsstarke Smartphones, die es auch schon preiswert gibt, sind optimal für mobile Zeiterfassungen geeignet.

Die mobile Flintec-Zeiterfassung ist eine HTML5-Applikation, optimiert für Smartphones (im Gegensatz zu Web-Terminals, die oftmals für Desktops ausgelegt sind).

Flintec's Web App für die Zeiterfassung mobil hat folgende Eigenschaften:

- Betriebssystem-Unabhängigkeit (Android, IOS, Windows phone, ...)
- Nutzbarkeit über diverse neuere mobile Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, ...)
- Zentrale Aktualisierung (über Web-Server)
- Flexible Textgestaltung (kunden-individuell und mehrsprachig)
- Datenkommunikation über Internet oder Intranet Online- und Offline-Modus Im Offline-Modus werden die Buchungen lokal auf dem Smartphone gepuffert (z.B. wenn die Internet-Verbindung inaktiv ist) und werden bei Bedarf per Internet übertragen.
- Erfassung von Geo-Daten.
-Nahtlose Kompatibilität zu Flintec's Zeiterfassung per Telefon, d.h. auch nahtlose Kompatibilität zu Kaba B-COMM und PCS Intus COM.
