Das Bankmagazin hat in seiner Ausgabe 11/2011 einen ausführlichen Bericht über das 1. eFinance-Forum der XCOM AG vom 14. September 2011 in Hamburg veröffentlicht.

Die XCOM hatte in den Business Club Hamburg eingeladen, um mit Entscheidern aus der Bankenbranche und Experten aus dem eCommerce zu diskutieren, welche Erfolgsmodelle aus dem Online-Handel auf den Bankenbereich übertragbar sein könnten.

Passend zum Thema ist außerdem ein Fachartikel erschienen, in dem XCOM-Vertriebsvorstand Dr. Rainer Fuchs in einem Kurz-Interview über die Erwartungen von Geschäftskunden im eBanking spricht und mögliche Ansatzpunkte für eine engere Beziehung zwischen Bank und Geschäftskunden aufzeigt.
