Filiago zum dritten Mal in Folge erfolgreich bei den ‚Internet-Oscars‘

Kundenfreundliches Angebot mit flexiblem Wechsel zum Festnetz-DSL war ausschlaggebend.

Zum dritten Mal in Folge ist der Internetprovider Filiago vom Verband für die deutsche Internetwirtschaft eco für die begehrten Internet Awards nominiert worden. Nur drei Unternehmen werden Jahr für Jahr in jeweils einer Kategorie nominiert. Damit gehört Filiago nun konstant seit drei Jahren zu den drei besten Anbietern in der Kategorie Internet Service Provider.
Die Begründung liefert der eco in einer Erklärung: Das Angebot der Filiago GmbH & Co KG richtet sich an Haushalte die nicht mit Breitband versorgt werden können. Der flexible Wechsel von Satelliteninternet zum Breitband-DSL nach DSL-Ausbau ist ein ausschlaggebender Punkt gewesen.
Weitere Bewertungskriterien waren unter anderem auch die Vielfalt der Paketangebote und Mehrwertdienstleistungen, Preise, Tarife und Vertragslaufzeiten, Installationszeit, Verfügbarkeit und Supportangebot und Anpassungsfähigkeit an individuelle Kundenanforderungen.

Die Filiago GmbH & Co KG zählt zu einem der führenden Internetanbieter via Satellit in Deutschland. Seit dem Gründungsjahr 2003 erlebt das Unternehmen ein kontinuierliches Wachstum und baut die Geschäftsfelder aus. Inzwischen ermöglicht Filiago High Speed Internet via Satellit mit einer Breitbandgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 2048 kbit/s im Zwei-Wege-System.
