With Orange Tables, FIBRO Rotary Tables is responding to the needs of the global market. "About 80 percent of industrial applications don't require the highest precision of our premium line. Rather, they require economical solutions for standard tasks," explains Dr. Heiko Asum, managing director of FIBRO Rotary Tables.
Fit and Forget: Simple Commissioning
The first product variant, the D.NC.2.01 with a 200-mm diameter, sets new standards in its category. This rotary table is designed for use in machine tools and is characterized by its simple operation: plug in and start—no complex setup required.
The target group is machine tool manufacturers whose customers operate in diverse fields such as the production of small automotive parts and sophisticated medical implants. The application possibilities are versatile.
Local for Local: Global Production, Short Distances
This series was developed at the Weinsberg headquarters. Core components come from Europe. Larger components are manufactured and assembled in India and China, close to the respective markets. This local-for-local strategy enables six-week delivery times in series production and competitive prices. Additionally, spare parts can be supplied at short notice, and experienced service technicians can be on site worldwide within 48 hours.
Growth Strategy for International Markets
The Orange Tables are an important building block in FIBRO Rotary Tables' growth strategy. "With the Orange Tables, we are specifically opening up new customer segments in international markets. Especially in times of reluctant investment in Europe, we are offering economical alternatives without compromising on quality," says Dr. Asum.
Chief Customer Officer (CCO) Klaus Kerth adds: "The Orange Tables are an answer to the needs of our customers, who continue to show great interest in proven FIBRO precision."
Delivery of the D.NC.2.01 to initial test customers has already begun. This first Orange Table marks the start of a comprehensive product offensive. In the first half of 2026, a larger variant with 300/320 mm diameter, the D.NC.2.03, will follow.
