Fast Lane, offizieller Cisco Learning Solutions Partner, hat sein umfassendes Schulungsportfolio um ein zusätzliches Cisco-Training ergänzt. Der zehntägige "Cisco Unified Contact Center Power Workshop (CUCCPW)" vereint die Inhalte von drei Produkttrainings in einem speziell konzipierten Intensivkurs. Adressiert werden insbesondere Netzwerkmitarbeiter, die für die Implementierung, Konfiguration und den Support der Cisco ICM/CUCC-Produkte verantwortlich sind.

Zertifizierte Spezialisten vermitteln den Teilnehmern alle erforderlichen Kenntnisse in praxisnahen Schulungseinheiten von bis zu zehn Stunden täglich. Behandelt werden dabei die kompletten Inhalte der drei Kurse Cisco ICM Product Training Part 1 (ICMPT1) & Part 2 (ICMPT2) und Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (IPCCE). Ergänzend umfasst der Power Workshop die Themen Unified Contact Center Enterprise 7.2 und 7.5, Cisco IP IVR Basics sowie Cisco Web Interaction Manager und E-Mail Interaction Manager Overview.
