FDTfaxmanager bietet Unternehmen eine "All-Inclusive" Lösung zum digitalen Faxmanagement

Die Falken Document Technologies GmbH, 100%ige Tochter der Herlitz PBS AG, bietet ab sofort ein „All-Inclusive“ Paket zum Management von Faxen an. Mit dem FDTfaxmanager werden Faxe digital empfangen, versendet und verarbeitet. Alle Faxdokumente werden automatisch revisionssicher archiviert und können auf Wunsch elektronischen Akten zugeordnet werden. Das Highlight der Lösung ist ein integriertes Management der Faxe – es gehen keine Dokumente mehr verloren, alles kann schnell und einfach gefunden werden und Bearbeitungsstände sind jederzeit transparent. Der Kunde kann zwischen manueller oder automatischer Indizierung der Dokumente wählen sowie eine Volltextanalyse des Faxinhaltes anwenden. Bestellfaxe können so beispielsweise automatisch ausgelesen und weiterbearbeitet werden. Natürlich kann der FDTfaxmanager auch mehrere Leitungen gleichzeitig verwalten. Durch direkte und indirekte Einsparungen lohnt sich die Einführung der Lösung bei allen Unternehmen, die mehr als 50 Faxe am Tag erhalten und versenden sowie bearbeiten. Innerhalb von nur 6 Wochen haben sich bereits 5 Kunden für die neue Lösung der Falken Document Technologies entschieden. Die durchschnittliche Installationszeit beträgt je nach Umfang des Systems zwischen zwei und vier Tagen. In dem FDTfaxmanager Paket sind alle notwendigen Bestandteile zum Betrieb der Lösung enthalten. FDTfaxmanager ist zu allen anderen FDT-Lösungen kompatibel.
