European warehouses are entering a new phase. Rising labour constraints, higher energy costs, stricter sustainability targets, and continued growth in omnichannel volumes are forcing operators to rethink how space, speed, and accuracy are balanced inside distribution centres.

At LogiMAT 2026, Falcon Autotech will present warehouse automation solutions designed for this shift, combining high-density storage, intelligent robotics, and proven sortation technologies engineered for scale.

Falcon Autotech is a global material handling technology provider that designs, manufactures, implements, and supports end-to-end automation systems for warehouses and sortation centres across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Australia and New Zealand. The company has delivered over 2000+ live automation installations globally, is present in 25+ countries, and operates through regional offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, supported by its global headquarters in India. Falcon Autotech works closely with customers across various industries, including CEP, food, fashion, 3PL, e-commerce, spare parts, pharma, e-grocery, etc., translating operational realities into systems that perform reliably within European regulatory, spatial, and cost constraints.

A key focus at LogiMAT 2026 will be NEO, Falcon Autotech’s 3D Automated Storage and Retrieval System. Designed for space-constrained European warehouses, NEO enables high-density storage while delivering fast and predictable order fulfilment. Using autonomous NEObots and a goods-to-person architecture, the system allows operators to achieve significantly higher picking rates with reduced manual dependency, improved accuracy, and optimized energy usage. NEO is particularly suited for brownfield environments, where maximizing vertical cube utilization is critical.

Complementing NEO is Falcon Autotech’s cross-belt sorter portfolio, developed for high-reliability inbound, outbound, and shipment sortation. Built to handle a wide variety of package sizes and formats, the system supports medium to high throughput operations commonly seen in European distribution networks. Its modular design allows operators to scale capacity incrementally, aligning investment with demand growth while maintaining sorting accuracy and operational stability. Cross-belt sorters are frequently deployed in order consolidation workflows, enabling faster downstream dispatch and tighter delivery commitments.

To support long-term customer success in the region, Falcon Autotech operates through its European entity in the Netherlands, providing localized engineering, project coordination, and service support. This regional presence ensures faster response times, smoother project execution, and sustained performance throughout the system lifecycle, a critical requirement for European customers operating under strict uptime and compliance expectations.

At LogiMAT 2026, Falcon Autotech will demonstrate how thoughtfully engineered automation can help European logistics leaders build operations that are faster, more resilient, and ready to scale with future demand.
