With this expansion, exceet offers maximum flexibility and the widest possible range of card types. At the same time, we can deliver any production volume at very short lead times.
The ultramodern manufacturing facilities at several production sites have now been expanded to include two new machines that permit exceet Card Group to serve customer orders "just in time" and meet maximum quality demands. A new single-card printing machine lets the specialist provider deliver products including cards made of heat-resistant ABS.
Increased Capacity
The capacity expansion allows the company to respond to orders without lengthy lead times. This applies to both small-volume orders and mass production of over 100,000 cards per order.
"With these new printing machines, we have once again expanded our extensive, highly flexible production capabilities. That lets us offer top quality at maximum speed and attractive prices", says Robert Wolny, managing director of exceet Card Group. "And our customers also profit from value-added services such as personalization and package design."

The new card-printing machines will again be fed by energy from the production facility's own solar power system installed on the roof of the plant, showing that top-notch order fulfillment and sustainable, energy-efficient production can go hand in hand.
For clients who also wish to express their commitment to conservation via their customer and loyalty cards, exceet now also offers cards made of wood from sustainable forestry. In this way the card can convey a green message. exceet also offers cards made from various other, fully recyclable and environment-friendly materials and is continually working on new technologies to promote environmentally sustainable card production.
