Schmerzfreier Stich durch 100% Kontrolle der Nadelspitze

Eine perfekt geformte Nadel ist die Voraussetzung für eine schmerzfreie Injektion. Um dies zu gewährleisten, werden die zahlreichen Messwerkzeuge der EyeVision Bildverarbeitungssoftware verwendet. Diese sorgen dafür, dass sämtliche Parameter und Winkel der Nadel korrekt eingehalten werden. Damit werden durch die innovative Software gesundheitliche Risiken aufgrund von fehlerhaften Spritzen eliminiert.Die EyeVision Software prüft dabei innerhalb 25ms die Spitze der Spritze auf 1/100 mm genau (Nadelendkontrolle). Wenn eine Nadel dabei nicht den Anforderungen entspricht, wird diese aussortiert, sodass nur optimal geformte Nadeln mit 100-prozentiger Qualität ausgeliefert und verwendet werden.
