EyeVision 3D unterstützt jetzt Micro-Epsilon surfaceCONTROL Sensoren

EVT erweitert sein breites Portfolio an unterstützten 3D-Sensoren um die Integration des Micro-Epsilon surfaceCONTROL Snapshot-Sensors in die EyeVision Software. Diese Integration basiert auf der leistungsstarken VIC-Schnittstelle, die eine schnelle und stabile Kommunikation zwischen Sensor und Software ermöglicht.

EyeVision 3D bietet bereits über 40 fortschrittliche Werkzeuge für die 3D-Inspektion – darunter Profilauswertung, Spalt- und Geometriemessung sowie Roboterführung. Die hardwareunabhängige Architektur der Software unterstützt mehr als 80 Hersteller und bietet somit maximale Flexibilität bei der Sensorwahl.

Mit dem neuen Support für Micro-Epsilons surfaceCONTROL Sensor profitieren Anwender nun zusätzlich von einem leistungsstarken Fringe-Projektionssensor mit:
  • Submikrometer-Z-Auflösung und schneller Datenerfassung (bis zu 2,2 Millionen Punkte/Sekunde)
  • Snapshot-Technologie für dynamische Inline-Inspektionen
  • Robuster GigE-Anbindung über industrielle M12-Steckverbinder
Dank dieser Integration lassen sich Punktwolken, Tiefenbilder und Graustufenbilder der surfaceCONTROL-Sensoren nahtlos in EyeVision 3D verarbeiten – genauso wie bei allen anderen unterstützten Geräten.

Dieses Update stärkt das EyeVision-Ökosystem und erweitert die Auswahl an hochpräzisen 3D-Sensoren für zuverlässige, flexible und leistungsstarke Bildverarbeitungslösungen.
