Die EVO Informationssysteme GmbH bietet für das eigene PPS-/ERP-System EVOcompetition ab sofort eine integrierte dynamische, grafische Plantafel an. Durch die Systemerweiterung kann der Anwender die Produktion auf übersichtliche Weise planen und steuern. Die Plantafel bietet auf einen Blick die Übersicht aller eingeplanten Arbeitsgänge der Fertigungsbereiche und der gesamten Produktion.

Das Verschieben einzelner Arbeitsgänge erfolgt mittels Maus an die gewünschte Auftragsreihenfolge. Neben der Reihenfolge, kann ein Arbeitsgang auch auf eine andere Kapazitätsstelle umgeplant werden. Mit einem Mausklick auf den Planungsbalken erhält der Anwender umfangreiche Informationen zum Fertigungsfortschritt. Außerdem können zur einfacheren Produktionsplanung neue Aufträge vollautomatisch eingeplant werden.

Durch die integrierte Betriebsdatenerfassung aktualisiert sich der Planungsbalken und somit auch die grafische Plantafel automatisch. Dies macht die Produktionsplanung in der Praxis noch einfacher, schneller und effizienter. Als integriertes Planungsmodul arbeitet die grafische Plantafel vollständig schnittstellenfrei und zuverlässig.
