Bei Endrich Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH ist die neue DC/DC-Konverter-Familie K78_MT500R4 von MORNSUN erhältlich. Abhängig von der Pinbelegung liefert der Konverter eine positive oder negative Ausgangsspannung von 3,3V bis 15V und ist kurzschlussfest. Die Eingangs-Nennspannung beträgt 12V oder 24V. Die Produktfamilie kann auch als Inverter verwendet werden. Das sehr kleine und sehr dünne 6-polige DFN-Gehäuse hat eine Abmessung von 9,0 x 7,0 x 3,1 mm. Laut Hersteller ist die Montagefläche um 63% und das Volumen um 86% unter den Werten vergleichbarer Produkte. Mit einem Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 92% können die neuen Wandler als hochwirksame POL-Netzteile eingesetzt werden. Sie arbeiten in einem Umgebungstemperaturbereich von -40°C bis +105°C und sind für den AEC-Q100-Standard genehmigt. Der Leerlauf-Eingangsstrom ist kleiner 0,1mA. Anwendungen sind in industriellen Geräten, tragbaren Ausrüstungen, IoT-Devices und in Smart Home Anwendungen.
