LEDs mit maximaler Helligkeit bei minimaler Größe

Die LED-Serie CSP (Chip Scale Package) von Everlight zeichnet sich durch eine um 20% geringere Baugröße als die bei konventionellen SMD-LEDs aus. Darüber hinaus bietet das Gehäuse vorteilhafte Merkmale wie die Direktbefestigung beim Flip-Chip-Typ, einen großen Betrachtungswinkel und eine kleine Platinengröße. Es ist kein wire bonding notwendig, wodurch die Fehlerquote sinkt. Der kurze Wärmeübertragungsweg führt zu einem kleinen thermischen Widerstand.

Die CSP-Serie ist in den Baugrößen 0403, 0504, 0603 und 0804 erhältlich. Die maximale Helligkeit bei 5mA ist beim 5seitig strahlenden Typ CSP0603 350 mcd.

Anwendungsbereiche sind in medizinischen Geräten, in Tastaturen und in VR-Headsets.
