Walter Böhmerle wird Vorstand der EnBW Regional AG

Nachfolge für Peter Boos als Arbeitsdirektor

Der Aufsichtsrat der EnBW Regional AG hat Walter Böhmerle mit Wirkung ab dem 1. Januar 2008 als Mitglied des Vorstands und Arbeitsdirektor des Unternehmens bestellt. Die Bestellung erfolgt für drei Jahre bis zum 31.Dezember 2010.

Walter Böhmerle tritt die Nachfolge von Peter Boos an, der wegen seines anstehenden Ruhestands im Jahr 2008 nicht mehr für eine Vertragsverlängerung zur Verfügung steht und zum 31. Dezember 2007 aus dem Vorstand der EnBW Regional AG ausscheidet.

Seit 1. April 2002 ist Walter Böhmerle Personalleiter der EnBW Regional AG in Stuttgart. Zuvor war er bereits Personalchef der Neckarwerke Elektrizitätsversorgungs-AG, Esslingen/Neckarwerke Stuttgart AG.

Die EnBW Regional AG wird von einem vierköpfigen Vorstand geleitet. Vorstandsvorsitzender ist Dr. Wolfgang Bruder, der auch für die Ressorts kommunale Beziehungen, Unternehmensentwicklung und Verteilnetzbetreiber verantwortlich ist. Weitere Mitglieder im Vorstand der EnBW Regional AG sind Peter Boos, Personal und Netzservice, Hans-Georg Edlefsen, Finanzen, Dienstleistungen und Billing, sowie Dr. Thomas Gößmann, Technische Flächenorganisation, Anlagenmanagement und Netzführung.

Die EnBW Regional AG (REG) mit Sitz in Stuttgart ist nach Mitarbeiterzahl und Umsatzerlösen eine der größten Einzelgesellschaften im Konzern der Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (EnBW).
