EnBW-Aufsichtsrat dankt Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen sehr für seine außerordentlich erfolgreiche Tätigkeit - Zum 1. Oktober 2007 wird Hans-Peter Villis neuer EnBW-Chef

Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen und der Aufsichtsrat der EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG haben im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen vereinbart, die Tätigkeit von Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Vorstandes der EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG zum 30. September 2007 zu beenden.

Der Aufsichtsrat dankt Prof. Dr. Utz Claassen sehr für seinen hohen persönlichen Einsatz für das Unternehmen sowie seine außerordentlich erfolgreiche Tätigkeit, insbesondere bei der Restrukturierung.

Hans-Peter Villis wurde vom Aufsichtsrat bereits mit Wirkung zum 1. Oktober 2007 zum Vorstandsmitglied und neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden der EnBW bestellt.
