ELSEN vergrößert Lagerfläche in Neuwied

  • Rund 4.000 m² neue Lagerfläche

Die ELSEN Logistik GmbH erweitert ihre Lagerkapazitäten in Neuwied bei Koblenz. Im ersten Schritt hat sich der Logistikdienstleister zusätzliche Lagerfläche in der Rostocker Straße 15a gesichert. In den letzten Monaten ist dort ein Anbau mit 3.750 m² Lagerfläche entstanden, der direkt an das bestehende Multi-User-Warehouse von ELSEN mit 6.500 m² Fläche angrenzt. Die im Anbau geschaffenen 3.800 Palettenstellplätze sind bereits für einen Großkunden reserviert. Ende September erfolgte die Schlüsselübergabe.

„Mit einem unserer Großkunden streben wir ein strategisches Wachstum an und haben gemeinsam mit dem Kunden entschieden, die Waren an einem Standort zu konsolidieren und eine Art Logistikhub zu installieren“, sagt Peter Dennert, Geschäftsführer der ELSEN Logistik GmbH. Zum Jahreswechsel expandiert ELSEN weiter: Im Schützengrund in Neuwied-Engers mietet der Logistiker rund 9.000 m² Fläche an, die ab Januar für Neu- und Bestandskunden zur Verfügung stehen werden.
