Elmos begrüßt neue Auszubildende und dual Studierende am Standort Dortmund

Die Elmos Semiconductor SE, ein führender Hersteller von automobilen Mixed-Signal Halbleitern, freut sich, auch in diesem Jahr wieder neue Auszubildende und dual Studierende am Elmos Standort in Dortmund willkommen zu heißen.

Zum Ausbildungsstart 2025 nehmen elf Auszubildende und dual Studierende ihre Tätigkeit bei Elmos auf – in technischen wie kaufmännischen Berufen sowie in praxisintegrierten, praxisbegleitenden und dualen Studiengängen. Insgesamt sind nun 31 Nachwuchskräfte bei Elmos in vielfältigen Berufsausbildungen und Studiengängen tätig.

Technisch orientierte Ausbildungsberufe und Studiengänge:
  • Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration
  • Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Betriebstechnik
  • Physiklaborant (m/w/d)
  • Duales Studium (m/w/d) Informatik Dual
  • Praxisintegriertes Studium (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik
  • Praxisintegriertes Studium (m/w/d) IT-Engineering
  • Praxisbegleitendes Studium (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik
Kaufmännisch orientierte Ausbildungsberufe und Studiengänge:
  • Industriekaufleute (m/w/d)
  • Kaufleute (m/w/d) für Büromanagement
  • Kaufleute (m/w/d) für Digitalisierungsmanagement
  • Duales Studium (m/w/d) Betriebswirtschaft
  • Fachkräfte (m/w/d) für Lagerlogistik
Alle Auszubildenden und dual Studierenden durchlaufen bei Elmos eine strukturierte, abwechslungsreiche und praxisnahe Ausbildung. Neben der fachlichen Qualifikation steht auch die persönliche Entwicklung im Fokus. Das ganzheitliche Programm „Inner Engineering“ erweitert und verstärkt persönliche und methodische Kompetenzen wie Orientierungs-, Entscheidungs-, Handlungs- und Kommunikations-kompetenzen – ergänzt durch gemeinsame Aktivitäten und Workshops.
