Die technische Reinigung von KESSELANLAGEN zählt seit Gründung der Egger PowAir Cleaning GmbH zu den Kernkompetenzen. Mit heißer Druckluft und speziell von Robert Egger designten Glass Pearls, exklusiv produziert von M. SWAROVSKI GmbH, werden Brennkammern, Überhitzer, Wärmetauscher usw. gereinigt. Die EGGER POWAIR GLASS PEARLS werden auf über 1000 km/h beschleunigt. Die kinetische Energie der Pearls reinigt die Metalloberflächen jedoch nicht nur, sondern verdichtet, glättet und veredelt die Metalle gleichzeitig.

Dieser Effekt, in der Fachsprache EGGER DENGEL EFFEKT genannt, verlängert die Reinigungsintervalle nachhaltig.

Bei KVA Turgi konnten mit der HOT PowAir Reinigungsmethode von Egger die Reinigungsintervalle um mehr als 3 Monate (!) verlängert werden.

Das ist Stand der Technik. Auch im Jahr 2022.
