easyCredit orientiert sich noch stärker an den Bedürfnissen der Kunden

TeamBank und IntelliNet bauen das Online Angebot des easyCredit weiter aus.

easyCredit hatte beim Innovationspreis Retail Banking 2011 den zweiten Platz in der Kategorie „Kundenorientierung im Internet“ erhalten. Die Juroren des Innovationspreises lobten bereits die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und die Kontaktmöglichkeiten des Online Angebots. Jetzt wurde im Rahmen des Relaunches von easycredit.de der Online-Bestellprozess weiter entwickelt.

Schwerpunkt der Arbeit von IntelliNet war die Berücksichtigung individueller Kundenbedürfnisse, die Optimierung der interaktiven Videoberatung und die bessere Nutzung auf iPad & Co.

Individuelle Kundenwünsche wie beispielweise die Möglichkeit, den Kredit vorzeitig zurückzuzahlen oder die Rückzahlung einmal auszusetzen, werden flexibel berücksichtigt. So erhält jeder Kunde ein auf Ihn persönlich zugeschnittenes Kreditangebot.

easyCredit ist ein Produkt der TeamBank AG und gehört zur genossenschaftlichen FinanzGruppe Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. Der Ratenkredit ist bei über drei Viertel der Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, in zahlreichen easyCredit-Shops sowie online erhältlich.
