IT & Business: d.velop competence center Raber+Märcker GmbH präsentiert Anbindung von Microsoft Dynamics NAV an ECM-Lösung d.3

Gescher / Stuttgart. Das d.velop competence center Raber+Märcker GmbH zeigt auf der IT&Business (Halle 1 / Stand E 21) wie Microsoft Dynamics NAV-Anwender ihre kaufmännischen Informationen in ein unternehmensweites Document Warehouse integrieren können. Dazu hat das Unternehmen eine Schnittstelle realisiert, die die ERP-Software mit dem Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System d.3 von d.velop nahtlos verbindet. Die IT & Business findet vom 6. bis 8. Oktober 2009 in der Neuen Messe Stuttgart statt.

Immer mehr Unternehmen erkennen das Potential von abteilungs- und applikationsübergreifenden Prozessen. Dafür ist ein unternehmensweiter Zugriff auf kaufmännische Informationen unumgänglich. Dies ist mit der von Microsoft zertifizierten Schnittstelle d.link for microsoft dynamics NAV möglich. Sämtliche Informationen stehen in dem ECM d.3 zur Verfügung. Dokumente und Belege werden direkt in d.3 erfasst, klassifiziert und rechtssicher archiviert. Die mit Microsoft Dynamics erstellten Dokumente werden ebenfalls in d.3 abgelegt und stehen dem berechtigten Anwender anschließend unternehmensweit zur Verfügung. Service-orientierte Prozesse mit d.3 ermöglichen den direkten Zugriff auf alle relevanten Dokumente sowie deren automatisierte Erfassung und Klassifizierung Somit werden die Prozesse beschleunigt und qualitativ verbessert.

Die 1992 gegründete d.velop AG mit Sitz in Gescher entwickelt und vermarktet Software, die dokumentenbasierte Geschäfts- und Entscheidungsprozesse in Unternehmen/Organisationen optimiert. Die inhaltliche Qualität der realisierten Projekte basiert auf dem Wissen der mehr als 300 Mitarbeiter der d.velop Gruppe (d.velop AG und d.velop competence center) sowie den rund 100 weltweit agierenden Partnerunternehmen im d.velop competence network. Diese Wertschöpfung überzeugte bisher über 610.000 Anwender bei mehr als 2.000 Kunden.
