HARVEY® Composer und Firmware Version 4.2.0

Mit neuer Version der Konfigurationssoftware steht ein neuer Logic-To-Alarm Block für nutzerdefinierte Alarmmeldungen auf dem HARVEY Gerätedisplay zur Verfügung

HARVEY® ist ein frei programmierbarer Audio-DSP, der zahlreiche Steuerschnittstellen bietet und von DSPECIALISTS für Festinstallationen in Theatern, Kirchen, Hotels und Konferenzräumen entwickelt wurde.

Mit dem neuen HARVEY Composer und Firmware Release 4.2.0 wurde die Softwarebibliothek um den neuen Logic-To-Alarm Block erweitert. Mit dem Logic-To-Alarm Block wird die Anzeige nutzerdefinierter Alarmmeldungen auf dem Gerätedisplay ermöglicht. Das kann auch in Abhängigkeit beliebiger Logik-Zustände in einem Projekt erfolgen.

Klassische Anwendungsfälle sind die Anzeige bei fehlgeschlagener Kommunikation mit einem Third-Party-Gerät oder Überwachung eines Pilottons, aber auch wenn eine übergeordnete Steuerung einen Alarmierungszustand herbeiführt, zum Beispiel ein Feueralarmsystem. Sobald Alarmmeldungen vorliegen, zeigt der Displayschoner des Geräts künftig ein Alarm-Icon.

Im Zuge der Erweiterung wurden auch weitere Gerätezustände zu den Alarmmeldungen hinzugefügt, welche darauf hinweisen, dass das Gerät derzeit nicht betriebsbereit ist. Dazu gehört zum Beispiel der globale Mute-Zustand, welcher automatisch nach dem Laden von Projekten aktiv ist und vom Installateur bewusst deaktiviert werden muss.

DSPECIALISTS präsentiert HARVEY® am 26. Juni 2025 auf der PIK Convention im Palais am Funkturm | Messe Berlin.
