SAP EWM Integration With Repetitive Manufacturing at Dr. Pepper For Goods Receipts From Production Lines
The presentation covers the success story of integrating SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with repetitive manufacturing for finished products (beverages). The solution includes goods receipt preparation, seamless integration of the EWM and SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC) systems using post-processing framework (PPF), use of radio frequency (RF devices) for goods receipt and put away with two scans and downstream postings. The enhancements leveraging standard SAP function for goods receipt will back flush the components, overhead cost postings, etc. will be discussed.

SAP’s Service Parts Planning (SPP) solution is a comprehensive exception-based planning tool that supports complex service parts operations and planning for millions of product/location combinations. This presentation will provide organizations with several key takeaways in terms of valuable information on why SPP was selected, some of the business and technology issues that can significantly impact the success of the SPP project, the project road map, and the business benefits realized with key features/functionality.
