Rationalisierung in der Tischlerei: Kanten effizient mit bankmaster® COMBO MAX & GOLIATH anleimen.

Das Vakuum-Spannsystem bankmaster® COMBO MAX sorgt für ein sicheres und beschädigungsfreies Fixieren von Werkstücken auf der Werkbank und wurde speziell für den Einsatz von Handkantenanleimgeräten vom Typ GOLIATH entwickelt.

Das Vakuum-System ist sehr handlich und mobil, da es sich auf der Unterseite von selbst auf der Arbeitsfläche ansaugt: Einfach zum Auflegen auf die Werkbank, zum Einsatz im Werkstattwagen oder auf der Baustelle. Durch ein spezielles Steckverbindungssystem lassen sich bis zu 6 COMBO MAX an die mitgelieferte Vakuumpumpe anschließen.

Der COMBO MAX ist vor allem für das Anleimen von Kanten mit dem GOLIATH Handkantenanleimgerät entwickelt worden. Mit diesem praktischen Gerät von Samstag International AG lassen sich Starkkanten bis 3 mm Dicke und 45 mm Kantenhöhe verarbeiten. Eine Vorbeschichtung der Kanten ist nicht notwendig und es können alle Kantenarten mit jedem handelsüblichen Schmelzkleber bearbeitet werden. Für eine wasserfeste und hitzebeständige Verleimung ist auch der Einsatz von PU-Klebern möglich.

Falls separate Arbeitsplätze eingerichtet werden sollen, kommen die Vakuum-Arbeitsständer bankmaster® UNO, DUO, QUATTRO oder VARIO 4 zum Einsatz.

Die Saugplatten vom Typ vario plate ermöglichen auch ein sicheres Spannen von Werkstücken unterschiedlicher Breite, indem zum Ansaugen von schmalen Teilen einfach eine zweite Dichtlippe eingelegt wird. Damit entfällt das Umrüsten unterschiedlicher Saugplatten. Die Vakuumgeräte sind universell geeignet für Werkstücke aus Holz, Metall, Kunststoff, Glas, Plexiglas oder Naturstein. Das patentierte speed-vent System gewährleistet ein blitzschnelles Lösen des Werkstückes nach der Bearbeitung.
