Die effiziente Nutzung von Altholz, modernste Technik und höchste Umweltstandards sorgen für eine nachhaltige und zuverlässige Wärmeversorgung am Niederrhein.

Das Dinslakener Holzenergiezentrum (DHE) gilt als Meilenstein der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der Stadtwerke Dinslaken. Mit modernster Technologie von Doosan Lentjes wird hier Altholz effizient zur Gewinnung von Strom und Wärme genutzt – ein entscheidender Beitrag für eine klimafreundliche Energieversorgung der Region.

Das DHE ersetzt das ehemalige Kohlekraftwerk Walsum 9 und setzt konsequent auf erneuerbare Energien. Durch die Verbrennung von Altholz werden jährlich rund 125.000 Tonnen CO₂ eingespart. Die zweilinige Anlage bietet Redundanz und hohe Flexibilität, um sowohl den Fernwärmebedarf zuverlässig zu decken als auch planmäßige Wartungsarbeiten ohne Versorgungsunterbrechung durchzuführen. Eine moderne Rauchgasreinigung sorgt dafür, dass sämtliche Emissionsgrenzwerte sicher eingehalten werden.

Im Rahmen des schlüsselfertigen Auftrages übernahm Doosan Lentjes die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der beiden Verbrennungsprozesslinien. Die eingesetzte Technologie wurde speziell an die Anforderungen des Projektes und die Nutzung von Altholz angepasst.
