CaptureBites jetzt auch für Kofax Capture

E-Mail-Export-Funktionen der CaptureBites-Produktpalette gab es bislang für die Einstiegslösung Kofax Express. Jetzt können auch Kofax Capture-Anwender sie nutzen.

Der belgische Hersteller CaptureBites hat kürzlich eine Reihe neuer Features seiner Add-ons für professionelleres Scannen vorgestellt. Ein Highlight: Die E-Mail-Export- Funktionen sind zusätzlich zu Kofax Express nun auch für Kofax Capture nutzbar. Die Add-ons von CaptureBites sind im Kofax Express Konfigurator der DMSFACTORY unter www.kofax-express.com erhältlich. Verfügbar sind alle aktuellen Module: ViewBites, Folded Forms Splitter, Booklet Splitter, Digital Imprinter, Export- Konnektoren für verschiedene nachfolgende Anwendungen wie z.B. Alfresco, CaptureBites MetaTool u.a.

Der Email Export Connector verteilt gescannte Dokumentenstapel elektronisch als PDF-Dokument per E-Mail und wird häufig in Poststellen eingesetzt. Bislang war er nur im Zusammenspiel mit Kofax Express einsetzbar, der Einstiegslösung von Kofax für professionelles Scannen. Nun stehen die Export-Funktionen von CaptureBites auch Nutzern von Kofax Capture 9 und 10 zur Verfügung. Der umgekehrte Fall (Nutzung von Kofax Capture Export-Konnektoren in Kofax Express) ist schon seit längerem möglich.
