Miniature pressure sensors - Robust helpers for precise measurements at a convincing price!

Miniature pressure sensors from disynet: Compact, robust solutions for precise measurements under extreme conditions - ideal for demanding industrial applications.

(PresseBox) (Brüggen-Bracht, Germany, )
At a time when space and efficiency are of critical importance in industry, disynet GmbH presents its latest miniature pressure sensors. These advanced sensors combine a compact design with exceptional stability and resistance to aggressive or conductive media. Versions with a built-in temperature sensor complete our portfolio.

Flush-mounted miniature pressure sensors are ideal for applications where space is limited and fast response times are required. Thanks to the chemically resistant titanium housing, the sensors are not only lightweight but also robust enough to withstand harsh industrial conditions. They are available from threads of M4 and diaphragm diameters of 3.0 mm and offer solutions for dynamic measurements under high pressure up to 1000 bar with our M6 sensors. For extreme temperatures up to 200 °C, the M8 to M16 sensors are available, while innovative models that can be used up to 600 °C are under development.

The flush diaphragms of these sensors record measured values directly and minimize errors that can occur due to dead volumes. The design also makes it easier to clean the sensors, which is particularly important in adhesive applications. The precise positioning of the semiconductor strain gauges behind the diaphragm ensures accurate measurements, while the proven technology has been tried and tested in practice for decades.

Whether in the dosing of viscous media, pneumatics, hydraulics or other applications - our miniature pressure sensors are versatile and offer a customized solution for every need.

“If small AND robust, then disynet!” - is our motto.

Our sensors are available in different versions - with or without plug connection, amplifiers for different signals as well as varying thread lengths and housing modifications. Thanks to close cooperation with various manufacturers, we can react quickly and flexibly to our customers' individual requirements.

Whether in-house calibration, traceable calibration or individual special calibrations - our certified sensors are precise tools that are designed for the success of our customers. As a specialist for customized sensor solutions, we transform special requests into series products that make us successful. With our innovative signal processing and data acquisition, we adapt the sensors to your individual requirements.

For over thirty years, we have stood for precise measurements - “made to measure” - so that you receive the optimum solution for your requirements.
