Die Devil AG, einer der großen deutschen IT-Distributoren, setzt seinen begonnenen Restrukturierungsprozess fort. Allerdings haben sich Belastungen aus der Vergangenheit als nicht mehr tragbar erwiesen. Deshalb wird das Unternehmen noch in dieser Woche beim Amtsgericht Braunschweig einen Antrag auf Eröffnung eines Insolvenzverfahrens stellen. Gleiches gilt für die COS Handels GmbH, Pohlheim bei Gießen.

Für einen Ausbau der bisherigen Aktivitäten auf neuer Basis sind die Gespräche mit Investoren bereits vorangeschritten.
