A maximum of five projects will receive Research Credits valued at up to €90,000, including free access to D4L Collect, a secure digital data collection platform, as well as cloud resources, product customization, technical support, publication fee coverage, and travel funding. The current call focuses on projects in oncology, neurology, and cardiovascular health.
“Our aim is to empower the next generation of researchers with the tools and infrastructure they need to drive responsible innovation in digital health,” says Dr. Ben Illigens, CEO of Data4Life. “We are particularly interested in studies that integrate wearable data, digital biomarkers, or patient-reported outcomes while embracing open science.”
The program is open to researchers based at academic or nonprofit institutions worldwide. The application deadline is April 12, 2026. Live demos and Q&A sessions will be held throughout February and March.
