Aufsichtsrat der Continental AG legt Nominierungsliste für Hauptversammlung vor

Der Aufsichtsrat der Continental AG, Hannover, hat während seiner Sitzung am Freitag in Frankfurt/Main die Vorschläge für die Wahl der Aktionärsvertreter auf der Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft am 23. April 2009 verabschiedet. Es handelt sich um:

- Herr Prof. Dr. Hans-Jörg Bullinger, Präsident der Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft
- Herr Gunter Dunkel, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Nord/LB
- Herr Dr. Michael Frenzel, Vorstandsvorsitzender der TUI AG
- Herr Dr. Jürgen Geißinger, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsleitung der INA-Holding Schaeffler KG
- Herr Prof. Dr. Ing. E.h. Hans-Olaf Henkel, Honorarprofessor an der Universität Mannheim
- Herr Rolf Koerfer, Rechtsanwalt
- Herr Dr. Klaus Mangold, Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats der Rothschild GmbH
- Herr Georg Schaeffler, Gesellschafter der Schaeffler Gruppe
- Frau Maria Elisabeth Schaeffler, Gesellschafterin der Schaeffler Gruppe
- Herr Dr. Bernd Voss, Mitglied verschiedener Aufsichtsräte
