conhIT 2009: CompuGROUP presents new benchmarks in elec-tronic linkage

(PresseBox) (Koblenz, )
CompuGROUP Holding AG, one of the leading global e-health companies, presented current highlights from their broad product portfolio at the conhIT 2009. The exhibition's center of attention was the comprehensive electronic linking across facilities.

The conhIT 2009 took place in Berlin from April 21 to April 23. This was a unique combination of industrial exhibition, congress, academia and networking, not previously seen in Germany, which gave all participants and visitors the opportunity to gather information, gain additional knowledge and exchange information. The exhibitors included all of the big players of the healthcare IT busi-ness - including CompuGROUP, who presented their e-health highlights for the electronic linkage of all participants in the health care. In addition the company invited its visitors to a 300 square me-ter representative lounge area.

The main focus of their presence at the exhibition was the CompuGROUP Future.net - a cross-sector data exchange system specifically designed for valid data and service-oriented structures, which establishes new benchmarks in electronic linkage. Integrated into the CompuGROUP Future.net are the solutions MEDISTAR, ISPRO, systema.fd-klinika, MUSE and systema.life.CURE. For the first time ever, this will illustrate the complete e-health life cycle: From the primary physician to the hospital and the hospital pharmacy, to the point of the rehabilitation facility and back to the primary physician. The synchronizing of data not only allows for the timely allotment of resources and for cost savings, but it also creates a basis for the patient's quick re-covery.

Aside from the complete solution CompuGROUP Future.net, the e-health provider presented addi-tional trendsetting new products and thereby once again introduced a great product line of highly efficient solutions in the health care sector. The wide-ranging service offering of the products systema.AKUT, systema.REHA und systema.SOZIAL is perfectly completed by the innovative solutions of other CompuGROUP companies. With the products AMOR®, MUSE® und MUSE® medication, CompuGROUP is concentrating on process optimization in the materials administration, pharmacy and accommodation of medication in hospitals.

The pharmaceutical databases praxisCENTER® und ifap index®KLINIK always make current and reliable pharmaceutical data available. Thanks to the universal telematic platform jesaja.net and especially the products jesaja.net portal for referring physicians and CORDOBA, CompuGROUP also enables the electronic exchange of medical data beyond the boundaries of facilities and sec-tors. Thus, CompuGROUP offers a coordinated product variety and depth without any media frag-mentations from one source, which stretch across all segments.

The feedback for the innovative product line presented by CompuGROUP was consistently posi-tive. "Especially the daily tours of CompuGROUP's Future.net were praised by our visitors and the trade press. This was no coincidence: CompuGROUP's high quality of solutions and services is based on the systematic use of best practices", is how Martina Hartmann from CompuGROUP explains the enthusiasm. "Building on the range that can be achieved in this manner, which, by the way, is the widest global reach among service providers, we are then able to link all of the partici-pants in the health care sector with each other as well as across sectors. It is our goal to increase the health care sector's efficiency by 15% via the utilization of intelligent individual and complete solutions", Martina Hartmann said in conclusion.
