Das neue Release 2.13. der Vertragsverwaltung contractmanager² der CM Software & Consulting GmbH, Wathlingen erleichtert zukünftig Administratoren ihre Aufgaben im Rahmen der Neugestaltung der DS-GVO. Die nun enthaltene Analyse für die Auskunft über personenbezogene Daten gemäß der DS-GVO listet für Personen (Ansprechpartner, Verantwortliche) die in der Vertragsverwaltung hinterlegten, personenbezogenen Daten auf. Über die Angabe eines Vor- und/oder Nachnamens wird die Suche auf passende Datensätze eingeschränkt und das Ergebnis lässt sich nach Excel exportieren.

Weitere Features des neuen Releases sind u.a. die Zuordnung von Bürgschaften zu einem definierten Avale-Rahmen, die Erweiterung der Wertberechnung von Verträgen über Wertetabellen (z.B. bei umsatzbezogenen Mietverträgen) und die Einbindung einer Volltextsuche über hinterlegte Dokumente.
