Application Developer Hugo Raczka on CyberEnterprise: How a Software Factory Radically Simplifies Development and Relieves IT Departments

In an interview, newcomer Hugo Raczka explains why classix.ai's proprietary tech stack appealed to him, how the CyberEnterprise business OS multiplies his productivity, and why industrial software manufacturing is now becoming a reality.

ERP projects are considered expensive, lengthy, and prone to errors. classix.ai  turns this experience on its head. The CyberEnterprise Business OS offers a highly abstracted business model that revolves around real business objects instead of tables. Combined with InstantView, this creates a Software Factory that assembles business solutions from reusable building blocks. We spoke with developer Hugo Raczka to find out what this idea feels like in everyday work.

What was your intention in joining classix.ai?

Hugo: The in-house tech stack really grabbed me. Finally, a system that not only accelerates software development but rethinks it entirely. Many weaknesses of traditional IT are consistently eliminated here. I wanted to experience that firsthand.

classix describes itself as a Software Factory. What does that mean to you? Hugo: I no longer start a project from scratch. CyberEnterprise provides a well-founded business model, and InstantView handles the database, logic, and UI in one go. This allows me to advance to value creation faster, instead of repeating basic functions.

How does working at classix differ from other software companies?

Hugo: Efficiency. Where months usually pass, you can get executable applications up and running in days here. The modular principle of the Business OS plus AppsWarehouse dramatically reduces effort. For customers, this means lower project costs and early usable results.

How does the Business OS specifically affect your work?

Hugo: Many things simply run smoothly. For example, finally no more emails from users complaining about date input problems. With our data model, inputs like "today," "week 29", "Q2", or the classic "2025-07-15" are no longer an issue. These are small details that save a lot of time, effort, and frustration. These sometimes very small helpers add up to significant productivity gains.

Where do you see the greatest potential for industrially manufactured software?

Hugo: In the high abstraction and standardization of CyberEnterprise. Combined with the AppsWarehouse, it creates a true production line for business software - scalability without loss of quality. Companies can pick solutions like warehouse management, inventory, or compliance screening off the shelf and only need to adapt about ten percent with InstantView.

What are you particularly proud of since you came on board?

Hugo: I'm proud of having optimized central communication modules after only a few weeks. The trust within the team and the rapid learning curve show how open the platform is to new ideas.

Thank you for the interview.

Takeaways for IT Managers

- Faster ROI: Ready-made apps plus InstantView customizing deliver solutions in weeks, not months.
- Future-proof: The object-oriented core model remains stable, while business logic is flexibly reloaded.
- Calculable Risk: Industrial manufacturing avoids manual errors and ensures consistent quality.

Anyone looking to shorten their development cycles, compensate for the shortage of skilled workers, work cost-effectively, and simultaneously map individual processes should take a closer look at CyberEnterprise. The factory logic could be the decisive lever for keeping IT strategies agile in 2025 and beyond.
