Dubai: Abschluss von OMX-Übernahme

Die Dubaier Börse möchte nun in Sachen OMX-Übernahme Nägel mit Köpfen machen. Bis Ende Februar soll das Börsengeschäft abgeschlossen und in trockenen Tüchern sein. Momentan wird auf die Bewilligung der amerikanischen und skandinavischen Behörden gewartet.

Nach einem langwierigen Kampf der Börsen Nasdaq und Dubai konnte die arabische Börse die Übernahme für 4,9 Milliarden US-Dollar für sich verbuchen.
