Der deutsche Anbieter von Website Sicherheit und GeoTrust Platinpartner - CertCenter AG - wird erster autorisierter Partner für Enterprise PKI-Lösungen von GeoTrust. Vor wenigen Tagen stellte GeoTrust seine neuartige MPKI-Lösung für mittelständische Unternehmen vor, die es ermöglicht, eine größere Anzahl an GeoTrust SSLZertifikaten zentral zu verwalten und die Vorzüge der Vorvalidierung zu nutzen, um unternehmensvalidierte SSL-Zertifikate und SSL-Zertifikate mit Extended Validation (grüne Adressleiste) bei Bedarf eigenständig innerhalb weniger Minuten - ohne erneute Validierung und dem damit verbundenen Zeitaufwand - auszustellen. Das GeoTrust MPKI für Unternehmen basiert auf einem Subskriptionsmodell. Bei diesem Modell bestimmt der Kunde zunächst, wie viele Zertifikate er derzeit nutzt und bucht ein Volumenpaket mit der entsprechenden Menge. Nun können vom Kunden beliebig viele SSL-Zertifikate (Unternehmensvalidiert, Extended Validation oder Wildcard) über das komfortable GeoTrust Enterprise Security Center (GESC) ausgestellt, verlängert oder neu ausgegeben werden.
